Participants

Patrimonio Digital de Castilla-La Mancha was born with the aim of promoting the dissemination and preservation of the Castilla-La Mancha cultural heritage, both of digitized documents and documents born in digital support.

Collaboration with people, and regional institutions and entities, depositories of collections and significant examples for the cultural heritage of Castilla-La Mancha is promoted, coordinating that their execution is carried out effectively and standardized, and incorporating its results into Patrimonio Digital de Castilla-La Mancha repository to facilitate its dissemination and access.

The institutions managed by the Consejería de Educación, Cultura y Deportes that have contributed part of their digital collection to this repository are:

•          Biblioteca de Castilla-La Mancha

•          Bibliotecas Públicas del Estado en Albacete, Ciudad Real, Cuenca y Guadalajara

•          Archivos Históricos Provinciales de Albacete, Ciudad Real, Cuenca, Guadalajara y Toledo.

•          Other institutions

The number of collections will increase whit  contribution of the digital collection of other entities and institutions of the region when the Patrimonio Digital de Castilla-La Mancha repository is formalized.
